Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team for Trendcon Aurelius, a premium villa project located in Varthur, Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, generating leads, managing customer relationships, and achieving project revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies specifically for Trendcon Aurelius.
Generate and follow up on leads through digital marketing, channel partners, referrals, and direct sales.
Conduct site visits and effectively present the project's features, amenities, pricing, and USPs to prospective customers.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, channel partners, and property consultants.
Handle negotiations, bookings, documentation, and customer queries.




Monitor individual and team sales performance and maintain accurate sales reports.
Develop strong relationships with channel partners and drive consistent business through them.
Track competitor projects and market trends in Varthur, Whitefield, and East Bengaluru.
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, legal, finance, and project teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to senior management.
Ensure achievement of booking, collection, and revenue targets.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
2–8 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in premium/luxury residential projects.
Experience managing a sales team and achieving aggressive sales targets.
Solid knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market, particularly Varthur, Whitefield, and East Bengaluru.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
