Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven General Manager / Regional Manager – Sales & Plant Operations to lead our medical device and equipment manufacturing operations in Pondicherry.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of relevant experience in medical device/equipment manufacturing, with strong expertise in sales, plant operations, production coordination, team management, business development, and operational performance.

The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth while ensuring smooth and effective plant operations, quality standards, customer satisfaction, and achievement of organizational targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage overall plant operations and regional sales activities.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
Manage production planning,



inventory, procurement coordination, and operational activities.
Monitor production performance, productivity, quality, and delivery schedules.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with hospitals, distributors, dealers, institutions, and key customers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer and market base.
Lead, motivate, and manage sales, production, and operations teams.
Coordinate with management on business plans, budgets, targets, and operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with applicable medical device manufacturing, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor operational costs and implement measures to improve efficiency and profitability.
Handle customer requirements, escalations, complaints, and service coordination.
Prepare and review sales, production, operational, and performance reports.
