Job Summary

We are looking for a CRM Executive with MyGate experience to manage resident communication, complaints, service requests, and day-to-day coordination at a residential property. The candidate should be customer-focused, well-organized, and comfortable using MyGate for resident and community management.

Key Responsibilities
Handle resident complaints, queries, and service requests through MyGate and other communication channels.
Monitor and respond to resident requests within defined timelines.
Maintain proper records of complaints, resolutions, feedback, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with Facility Management, Security, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other teams for issue resolution.
Use MyGate for resident communication, announcements, visitor-related coordination, service requests, and community updates.




Coordinate with residents regarding maintenance activities, inspections, shutdowns, and other site-related matters.
Follow up with internal teams and ensure complaints are closed within the committed TAT.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on complaints, pending requests, and resolutions.
Maintain skilled communication with residents and handle escalations effectively.
Support the Facility Manager in resident engagement and community-related activities.
Ensure all resident information and records are maintained accurately and confidentially.

Required Skills
Mandatory: Hands-on experience with MyGate.
Experience in residential facility management / apartment management preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Solid customer service and complaint-handling skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
Strong follow-up and problem-solving
