Quality Leadership & Strategy
Define and implement the organization's quality strategy, objectives, and KPIs.
Develop and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Drive a zero-defect culture throughout manufacturing operations.
Lead quality reviews and management reporting.
Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and industry standards.
2D & 3D Measurement Tools & Systems
BIW / CIW Quality Assurance
Welding Quality Management
Preferred Expertise: Spot, MIG, TIG, Arc, Projection, Welding.
Supplier Quality Management
Customer Quality Management
Qualification
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) / B.E. Mechanical Engineering
Additional certifications in Quality Management, Six Sigma, NDT, Metrology, GD&T;, or Welding Inspection will be an added advantage.
