Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers, creators, and KOLs.
Build and maintain solid relationships with influencers and agencies.
Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, and campaign terms.
Plan and manage influencer campaigns from briefing to execution and closure.
Coordinate with influencers for content creation, approvals, posting, and reporting.
Track campaign performance, including reach, engagement, views, conversions, and ROI.
Maintain influencer databases and campaign trackers.
Monitor competitor and industry trends to identify new influencer opportunities.
Work closely with the Content, Social Media,



and Brand teams to align campaigns with marketing objectives.
Ensure campaigns are delivered within approved budgets and timelines.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Social Media.
Experience in the
Beauty/Cosmetics/FMCG industry
will be preferred.
Robust understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and influencer trends.
Valuable negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
Strong analytical and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
