Role Overview:

Warrous Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced
Technical Product Manager
with a solid technical and IT background to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will work closely with Engineering, QA, DevOps, Architecture, Business, and Leadership teams to define product vision, drive execution, and deliver scalable, secure, high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.

This role requires a balance of
product thinking, technical depth, execution rigor, AI-driven delivery, and stakeholder management
.

Key Responsibilities
Own the product roadmap, vision, and strategy aligned with business objectives
Translate business requirements into explicit product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Work closely with engineering, architecture, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, prioritization, and release management
Ensure solid SDLC adherence,



including design reviews, code reviews, testing, and deployments
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, manage expectations, and drive continuous improvement
Analyze product metrics, customer feedback, and system performance to guide product decisions
Ensure scalability, security, performance, and reliability of the product
Support integrations, APIs, data flows, and platform-level architecture discussions
Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early and drive resolution

Support documentation, KT sessions, and process improvements

Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of experience
as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or in a similar product/technology leadership role.
Strong technical background in
IT systems, web/mobile platforms, APIs, databases, cloud environments, and enterprise applications
