Job Role: Field Service Engineer

Job Description
Perform installation, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, and service support for advanced electronic security screening systems.
Maintain and service X-Ray Baggage Inspection Systems.
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of Door Frame Metal Detectors (DFMD).
Service and maintain Hand Held Metal Detectors (HHMD) and other electronic security systems.
Diagnose technical faults and carry out timely corrective actions to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
Execute installation, testing, commissioning, and functional validation of security screening equipment.
Support system integration and coordinate with OEM and client teams during installation and commissioning activities.
Provide in office technical support at airport passenger terminals, cargo terminals, and other high-security premises.
Work in day/night rotational shifts according to operational requirements.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance as per OEM standards and maintenance checklists.




Identify recurring technical issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
Maintain maintenance logs, service history, and equipment records.
Record daily shift activities and prepare accurate service reports.
Submit service and maintenance reports through prescribed formats or reporting tools.
Follow all applicable safety, quality, security, and operational standards.
Ensure disciplined and skilled conduct while working in high-security environments.
