About the role

We’re looking for a concept-driven Creative/Brand Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into distinctive visual identities, campaigns and digital content.

This is not a basic editing, resizing or template-based role. You’ll be expected to develop original concepts, contribute creative ideas and take designs from brief to final execution.

What you’ll do
Develop original concepts for brand and marketing campaigns
Create engaging designs for social media, advertisements, presentations, websites and print materials
Build and maintain consistent brand identities and visual systems
Translate briefs into compelling visual stories
Collaborate with marketing, content and business teams
Present your design thinking and incorporate feedback effectively
Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
Take ownership of projects from initial concept through final delivery

What we’re looking for
2 to 5 years of skilled graphic-design experience
A robust portfolio demonstrating original concepts, branding, typography,



composition and campaign work
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Strong understanding of branding, colour, layout and visual storytelling
Ability to think independently rather than rely only on templates
Ability to understand briefs and develop multiple creative directions
Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
Ability to manage projects independently and work within deadlines

Location and interview requirements
Candidates must be based in Gurugram (Gurgaon) or a nearby area
Candidates must be available for an in-person interview at our Gurugram office

Valuable to have
Motion graphics or video-editing skills
Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro or Figma
Experience creating integrated campaigns across digital and print formats
