We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Telesales Executive / Admission Counsellor to join our growing admissions team.

Job Responsibilities
Contact prospective students and parents through inbound and outbound calls.
Explain Helixora Academy's courses, programs, advantages, and admission process clearly.
Understand the student's requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and admission status.
Handle questions and objections professionally.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.




Coordinate with the admissions and management team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates until the admission decision is made.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, education sales, admissions, or a similar role preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Solid follow-up and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Ability to handle sales objections confidently.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/lead management systems.
Malayalam communication is highly preferred.
Candidates with experience in education sales or course admissions will have an advantage.
