Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth material flow.
Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, transfers, and stock levels.
Monitor inventory and conduct regular physical stock verification.
Supervise store staff and ensure proper task allocation and discipline.
Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Operations, and vendors for material requirements.
Ensure proper receiving, storage, labeling, and issuance of materials.
Maintain GRNs, stock registers, invoices, and other required documentation.
Identify and report shortages, damages, excess, and obsolete stock.
Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and security of the store.
Prepare regular stock and store reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

3–5 years of relevant experience in store/warehouse/inventory management.
