Role: Asst Manager /Deputy Manager - HR Operations

Reporting To: Manager - HR Operations / HR Head

Job Purpose

To manage and support end-to-end HR operational activities, ensuring compliance, employee data accuracy, smooth employee lifecycle management, and delivery of HR services in line with organizational policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management
Handle employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
Manage employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
Conduct exit formalities and full & final settlements.
Maintain employee records and personnel files.

HR Administration
Update and maintain HRMS and employee databases.
Prepare HR letters, contracts, appointment letters, and other employee-related documents.
Ensure accuracy of employee master data.

Payroll & Perks Support
Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, leave records, overtime, and statutory deductions.
Support administration of employee perks, insurance,



and welfare schemes.
Resolve employee payroll-related queries.

Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor attendance and leave records.
Ensure compliance with company leave policies.
Generate periodic attendance and leave reports.

Compliance & Statutory Activities
Support compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Coordinate PF, ESI, Gratuity, Skilled Tax, and other statutory processes.
Maintain records required for audits and inspections.

HR Reporting & MIS
Prepare HR dashboards and monthly MIS reports.
Analyze employee data related to headcount, attrition, absenteeism, and manpower movement.
Support management reporting requirements.

Employee Support
Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
Ensure timely resolution of employee concerns.
Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.

Required Qualifications
MBA/MSW/PGDM in HR
