Job Description:

Robust experience of configuration management (CMDB), Methods, and Processes

Solid Knowledge on Import sets and Transform Maps

Assist in the implementation of recent ITOM solutions and enhancements.

Develop and maintain discovery patterns : Create or customize the discovery patterns based on the requirement.

Knowledge on Service Graph connector

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues : Identify and resolve technical issues related to ITOM modules.

Cloud or virtualization experience : Experience working with cloud technologies like AWS, Azure or google cloud

CSDM knowledge and experience: In depth knowledge of CSDM data model with experience implementing and managing CSDM in our environment.

Experience on Service Mapping & Discovery.
