Key Responsibilities:
Handle
franchisee onboarding, coordination, and ongoing support
.
Assist franchise partners with
Swiggy and Zomato integration, setup, and management
.
Create and maintain
Google Business Listings
for franchise outlets.
Prepare and maintain
MIS reports, operational data, and performance reports
.
Provide
daily operational support
to franchise partners and resolve routine issues.
Coordinate with internal teams such as
Operations, Marketing, Accounts, and Technology
to ensure smooth franchise operations.
Track franchisee requirements, pending tasks, and follow-ups to ensure timely closure.
Maintain proper documentation and records related to franchise operations.




Monitor outlet-related updates and ensure franchisees follow company processes and guidelines.
Regularly communicate with franchise partners and ensure a smooth working relationship.

Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in
Franchise Support, Operations, F&B; Operations, Customer Support, or a similar role
.
Valuable knowledge of
MS Excel / Google Sheets
.
Familiarity with
Swiggy, Zomato, and Google Business Profile
is preferred.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Solid follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple franchisees and tasks simultaneously.
Prior experience in the
F&B; or franchise industry
will be an added advantage.
