Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer to supervise and manage in office execution for our residential construction projects in Rajula, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure structural and architectural work complies with drawings, manage contractors and labor, and uphold safety and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Supervision: Direct and supervise all daily civil construction activities (RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, and MEP coordination) to ensure timely progress per project schedules.
Drawing & Design Coordination: Interpret architectural, structural, and working drawings using AutoCAD; identify drawing discrepancies early and coordinate with consulting architects/engineers for revisions.
Quality Assurance & Control:



Conduct regular inspections of incoming raw materials (cement, steel, aggregates) and in office works to ensure strict adherence to IS codes and quality specifications.
Contractor & Labor Management: Supervise sub-contractors, site supervisors, and labor forces to ensure productivity targets, work safety standards, and proper resource utilization.
Measurement & Billing: Verify contractor measurements, prepare Joint Measurement Records (JMR), check contractor bills, and assist in daily/weekly material reconciliation.
Site Reporting: Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR), material consumption logs, and site obstruction reports to the Project Manager.

Key Requirements & Skills
Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 4 to 9 years of hands-on site execution experience exclusively or predominantly in residential building projects (high-rise, villas, or residential townships).
Technical Software: Proficient in Auto
