Role & responsibilities
Design and develop Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and JavaScript
Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business objectives, including workflows, process builders, and custom objects
Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs and other integration tools
Troubleshoot, test, and optimize applications to ensure stability, security, and performance
Maintain technical documentation and provide training for internal teams .
Perform data management tasks, including migration, cleansing, and mapping
Stay updated on Salesforce features, including AI-powered tools like Einstein GPT and Agentforce, and recommend process improvements
Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and other team members, to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, JavaScript, and SQL/MySQL Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM platforms and cloud solutions




Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions .
Experience with data modeling, automation, and declarative tools
Knowledge of integration techniques and API usage Salesforce.
Familiarity with AI and automation features in Salesforce, such as Einstein GPT
Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Optional or Desirable Skills
Experience with Heroku, Tableau, Slack, or Commerce Cloud Salesforce.
Prior work in full-stack development or customer-facing interfaces
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator) .
