Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership (Outbound & Inbound)
Drive revenue growth across the South-East region by identifying and developing current business opportunities in pharma,



food, goods manufacturing, and related industries.
Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, technical discussions, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
Convert inbound inquiries into qualified opportunities and ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
Conduct outbound prospecting to penetrate current accounts and expand regional market share.

Market Development & Strategy
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with organizational goals.
Monitor competitor movement, pricing trends, and technology developments.
Identify emerging markets and customer segments for standard and customized machinery solutions.

Customer & Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and channel partners.
Conduct client visits, machinery presentations, technical demos, and on-site requirement studies.
