Manage and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
Follow up with customers regarding leads, enquiries, orders, and pending requirements.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support teams.
Support customer retention and engagement activities.
Prepare CRM reports, customer analysis, and performance reports.
Track leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
Assist in planning and executing email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other customer engagement campaigns.
Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure timely and accurate updates of all customer interactions in the CRM.
Meet assigned customer service, retention, and conversion targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
