Job Description
Drive department sales and achieve monthly business targets.
Manage day-to-day operations of the department efficiently.
Lead, motivate and develop the team to deliver excellent customer service.
Ensure effective visual merchandising and proper stock display.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
Analyze sales reports and implement action plans for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.

Pay: ₹252,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
