Role & responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues for laptops, desktops, and peripherals (printers, scanners).
Support retail store POS machines, networking gear, and checkout hardware.
Log, track, and resolve IT service tickets via internal helpdesks.
Perform preventive maintenance and asset inventory audits.
Coordinate with vendors for warranty claims and parts replacement
Preferred candidate profile
Diploma or Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or Electronics.
1 to 3 years of hands-on PC/laptop hardware troubleshooting experience.
Solid knowledge of Windows OS installation, configuration, and diagnostics.
Basic networking and LAN connectivity knowledge.
Flexibility for field travel across regional store locations.
