Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced DGM/General Manager – E&I; Design & Engineering to lead Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I;) / Control & Instrumentation (C&I;) engineering for large-scale EPC projects across Power, Nuclear, Thermal, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, and Industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Lead E&I;/C&I; engineering from basic and detailed engineering through execution and commissioning.
Review Electrical, Instrumentation, DCS, PLC, and SCADA engineering deliverables.
Prepare and review design basis, technical specifications, engineering calculations, and datasheets.
Coordinate with Civil, Mechanical, Process, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning teams.
Support tendering, BOQ preparation, RFQs, technical bid evaluations, and vendor approvals.
Ensure compliance with project requirements, international standards, QA/QC, and HSE guidelines.




Resolve technical issues, manage design changes, and drive value engineering initiatives.
Lead and mentor engineering teams while managing project schedules and client coordination.

Desired Candidate Profile:
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics & Instrumentation, or Instrumentation Engineering.
18–25+ years of experience in E&I;/C&I; Design & Engineering within EPC organizations.
Hands-on experience in DCS, PLC, SCADA, Electrical Systems, Instrumentation, and multidisciplinary engineering coordination.
Exposure to Thermal, Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Industrial EPC, Renewable Energy, Railway, or large MEP projects is preferred.
