Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Engineer (Civil) with experience in construction project billing, quantity verification and client/contractor billing processes. The candidate will be responsible for preparing RA bills, subcontractor bills and coordinating with project and accounts teams for timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and submission of RA (Running Account) bills to clients.
Verification and certification of subcontractor bills.
Quantity take-off from drawings and site measurements.
Preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and rate analysis.
Coordination with site engineers for measurement records.
Reconciliation of materials and quantities.
Maintaining billing registers and documentation.
Follow-up with clients for bill approvals and payments.
Variation and extra item billing as per contract terms.

Required Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in high-rise building / infrastructure projects.
