Role & responsibilities

Production Planning & Control
Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer requirements and available resources.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely execution of manufacturing activities.
Coordinate with production, stores, purchase, and quality departments to achieve production targets.
Track production performance and identify bottlenecks for continuous improvement.

Manpower Planning
Plan and allocate manpower effectively to meet production requirements.
Monitor workforce utilization and coordinate with production teams for optimum productivity.
Support capacity planning and resource allocation activities.

BOM Management
Create, maintain, and update Bills of Materials (BOM) in ERP systems.
Ensure BOM accuracy and coordinate with engineering and production teams for revisions.




Analyze material consumption against BOM standards.

Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
Execute MRP activities to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
Monitor material shortages and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
Review material forecasts and support procurement planning.

Vendor Management
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding material delivery schedules.
Monitor vendor performance in terms of quality, delivery, and responsiveness.
Follow up on pending orders and ensure uninterrupted material supply.

Inventory Control
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
Implement inventory control measures to minimize excess stock and stock-outs.
