Experience: 4–10 Years
Qualification: Graduate/MBA / PGDM in Marketing or equivalent

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
Generate new business opportunities and develop new customers.
Manage existing customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and close sales orders.
Identify recent markets, products and business opportunities.
Coordinate with Production, PPC, Purchase and Accounts for timely order execution.
Monitor sales, revenue, customer enquiries and order conversion.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports and market analysis.
Lead and monitor the sales and marketing team.
Handle customer meetings, enquiries, negotiations and follow-ups.

Required Skills




Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of B2B sales and industrial/fabrication products.
Solid customer relationship and business development skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/ERP systems.
Experience in manufacturing/fabrication/engineering industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹11,435.05 - ₹60,279.29 per month
