Job Requirements
Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Solid understanding of the industry and its trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with financial institutions or similar industries is preferred.
