Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR & Admin professional to manage end-to-end HR operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of HR processes, employee relations, recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities

HR Management
Manage end-to-end HR operations, policies, and procedures.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Manage attendance, leave, and employee-related records.
Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues professionally.
Support performance appraisal and employee engagement processes.
Develop and implement HR policies and ensure proper communication to employees.

Recruitment & Talent Management
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates.




Coordinate interview schedules and salary negotiations.
Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding.

Payroll & Compliance
Coordinate monthly payroll processing, salary revisions, incentives, and deductions.
Ensure accurate attendance and leave data for payroll.
Maintain compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with external consultants or payroll vendors when required.
Maintain proper HR documentation for audits and compliance.

Administration
Manage day-to-day office administration and facilities.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and office maintenance teams.
Monitor office supplies, assets, and administrative expenses.
Ensure a secure, organized, and productive workplace setting.
Handle administrative documentation and records.
Coordinate company events, employee activities, and internal communications.
