Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Payroll Processing
Payroll Execution: Manage the monthly payroll cycle for all employees using SAP HCM, executing payroll runs on the 21st of each month along with off-cycle reimbursement processing.
Data Validation: Validate attendance, leave data, bonuses, and special deductions through HR portals and biometric systems before final execution.
Full & Final Settlements: Handle F&F; settlements for exiting employees accurately and within agreed timelines.
Portal Management: Administer the internal employee connect portal for CTC reimbursement declarations and supporting proof submissions.
Banking & Reconciliation: Prepare final salary registers, conduct payroll reconciliations, and format bank advice/disbursement files for management approval.
Disbursement Coordination: Coordinate with finance teams for fund release and release of payslips.
Statutory Compliance & Tax Administration
Statutory Filings: Ensure 100% compliance with Indian labour laws covering PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF,



including timely monthly challan generation and monthly/annual return filings.
EPFO & ESIC Administration: File monthly returns, download challans, manage the EPFO portal for employee KYC approvals, and maintain authorized DSC updates.
Income Tax & Form 16: Compute monthly TDS, verify investment declarations, coordinate with the tax team for Form 16 generation, and resolve employee tax queries.
Audits & Notices: Maintain error-free, audit-ready compliance registers, represent the company during statutory audits, and draft official responses to statutory notices or inspections.
Vendor, Retainer & Perks Management
Off-Role Payroll: Verify, audit, and process attendance-linked salary registers and invoices for third-party manpower vendors and corporate retainers.
Finance Accounting: Prepare and route accurate post-payroll Salary JVs to Corporate Accounts for ledger posting.
