Structural BIM Modellers: 2–3 years
Structural BIM Engineers: 2–5 years
Structural BIM Team Lead: 5–8 years

What You’ll Work On
Large-scale Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use and Industrial projects
RCC and structural steel BIM models
Structural BIM delivery from Design Development through Construction Documentation
Structural drawings, schedules and model-based documentation
Coordination with Architectural, MEP and other project disciplines
Clash detection, model review and coordination issue resolution





What We’re Looking For
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
Relevant experience in Structural BIM modelling
Solid working knowledge of Autodesk Revit Structure
Knowledge of Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud will be an advantage
Experience in developing structural BIM models from design drawings and inputs
Understanding of RCC and structural steel systems
Ability to interpret structural drawings, details and design information
Experience in preparing structural drawings and documentation from BIM models
Basic understanding of multidisciplinary BIM coordination
Positive communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
Develop and update structural BIM models based on approved design inputs.
Model structural elements, including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, staircases and structural framing.
