Job Title: Guest Service Associate (GSA)

Location: Pyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar – Hisar and multiple locations (Punjab, Haryana, Himachal, Uttarakhand, etc.)
Department: Food & Beverage Service / Front of House
Reports To: Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager

Job Summary:

We are hiring energetic and customer-oriented Guest Service Associates (GSA) to be part of our service team at Pyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar. The GSA will be responsible for delivering excellent guest experiences by providing prompt, friendly, and qualified service in a lively bar and lounge environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve them efficiently.
Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction through attentive and courteous service.
Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and overall ambiance of the dining area.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery.
Handle billing, payments, and cash transactions as per company policy.
Address guest queries,



feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Support in setting up and closing down the restaurant area before and after service.
Adhere to grooming, hygiene, and service standards of Pyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar.
Upsell menu items and promote special offers or events to maximize sales.

Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a restaurant, café, lounge, or hotel setup.
Qualification in Hotel Management or relevant hospitality background preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of food & beverage service standards.
Smart, presentable, and customer-focused personality.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, team-oriented environment.
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
