Job Role: Recruitment Consultant

Job Description
Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates for clients across multiple industries.
Understand client requirements, job specifications, and hiring needs.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, referrals, and professional networking.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/video interviews.
Evaluate candidates based on qualifications, skills, experience, and job requirements.
Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Coordinate interview feedback and follow-up activities.
Negotiate salary and employment terms with candidates.
Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/Recruitment Management Systems.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated with industry trends, recruitment practices, and hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities




Manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
Meet defined recruitment targets and timelines.
Coordinate with clients to understand current and upcoming manpower requirements.
Track candidate submissions, interviews, offers, and joining status.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate databases.
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.
Ensure quality candidate submissions according to client requirements.
