Floor In-Charge – Jewellery Showroom

Experience: 3–6 Years | Location: Coimbatore

We are looking for an experienced Floor In-Charge to manage the showroom floor, support the sales team, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily showroom and counter operations.
Guide and support Jewel Consultants and Assistant Jewel Consultants.
Assist customers and ensure good customer service.
Support the team with product knowledge and sales activities.
Check stock, billing, cash and daily records.
Ensure proper jewellery display, cleanliness and grooming standards.
Coordinate with HR, Billing, CRM and other departments.
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.




Support staff training and team development.
Ensure smooth stock movement and timely customer deliveries.

Requirements
3–6 years of jewellery/retail experience
Positive communication and leadership skills
Basic ERP knowledge
Team player with a positive attitude
Positive problem-solving and multitasking skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
