We are seeking a skilled Data Modeler to join our energetic HR Data Team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data modeling and database design, with a proficiency in data modeling tools such as Erwin Data Modeling. This role requires a strong understanding of data architecture principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :
Collect data from multiple documentation sources and systems.
Create standardized data models for the HR Data Team using the Erwin Data Modeling Tool.
Develop Learn Data Models and Skills Data Models as MVP1, then expand to other HR functional areas.
Harmonize Data Models with Alation to ensure consistency and synergy.
Catalog and establish harmonization across data models to streamline processes.





Job Requirements :
Proven experience in data modeling and database design.
Proficiency in data modeling tools, particularly Erwin Data Modeling.
Robust knowledge of SQL.
Deep understanding of data architecture principles.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in harmonizing data models with tools like Alation.
Familiarity with HR functional areas and related data models.
