Job Summary

SISCO Energy Private Limited is hiring Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our manufacturing team. This prospect is exclusively for 2025 and 2026 Mechanical Engineering graduates who are eager to build a career in heavy engineering and fabrication. Selected candidates will receive practical training in production, quality, fabrication, planning, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Learn fabrication and manufacturing processes.
Assist in production planning and shop floor activities.
Support quality inspection and documentation.
Read and understand engineering drawings.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Projects teams.
Monitor fabrication, assembly, and inspection activities.




Prepare daily production and quality reports.
Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.
Participate in continuous improvement and Kaizen activities.
Perform other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
2025 or 2026 pass-outs only
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering drawings.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work on the shop floor and learn industrial processes.

AutoCAD knowledge (preferred)
MS Office (Excel, Word)
Positive attitude and learning mindset
Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
