We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our recruitment team as HR Recruiters.

Qualification

12th pass and Graduate in any stream

Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through calls, job portals, and social media.
Conduct initial candidate interviews and evaluate profiles.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment data.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets.

Requirements
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Comfortable with calling and candidate interaction.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates who are target-oriented and willing to learn are preferred.
