Role & responsibilities
Lead end-to-end HR operations and HR strategy aligned with retail business objectives.
Manage manpower planning, workforce budgeting, and recruitment across stores, regions, and corporate functions.
Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, retention, and employee lifecycle management.
Manage performance management, appraisals, career development, succession planning, and talent development.
Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution effectively.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and HR SOPs.
Partner with business and operations leaders to improve workforce productivity, reduce attrition, and support business growth.
Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team while driving HR process improvement,



automation, and data-driven HR practices.

Preferred candidate profile
10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the retail industry.
Robust experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, and workforce management.
Proven experience handling multi-location retail/store employees.
Robust knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Solid leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Experience in employee engagement, performance management, and retention strategies.
