We are currently seeking a Data Engineer Sr. Consultant to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu (IN-TN), India (IN).
Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements.
Perform compensation and data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and data quality issues.
Create and maintain source-to-target data mappings and transformation requirements.
Perform data validation and reconciliation across multiple systems and data sources.
Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate resolution with business and technical teams.
Develop test scenarios and provide UAT support, including defect tracking and validation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and data teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Required Skills
Solid experience in requirements gathering and data analysis.
Experience with compensation/incentive data is preferred.
Solid knowledge of data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
Experience supporting UAT and defect resolution.
Proficiency in SQL and Excel with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
