Role Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the production operations within the organization. Job Responsibilities
Production Oversight:
Coordinate and supervise daily production activities to meet production targets as per plan.
Ensure optimal utilization of equipment and workforce.
Implement strategies for improving production efficiency and reducing waste.
Team Management:
Assign tasks to production operators and provide guidance to achieve production goals.
Ensure team members adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
Support staff training and skill development.
Quality Control:




Enforce quality control standards and oversee inspections to maintain product consistency.
Monitor production processes, equipment, and workflows to ensure adherence to quality standards while maintaining hygiene on the floor.
Work closely with the QA team to address any product quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain proper documentation of quality checks and production logs.
Production Entry & Reporting:
Ensure accurate and timely entry of production data into the system.
Safety Compliance:
Promote and enforce a protected work workplace by maintaining safety norms and compliance with health and safety protocols.
Conduct regular safety audits, identifying and addressing potential hazards in the production area.
Resource Management:
Coordinate with the Procurement and Store team to ensure availability of raw materials and resources required for uninterrupted production.
