The candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to clients, resolving software-related queries, supporting ERP implementations, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Handle client queries through calls, emails, remote support, and ticketing systems.
Provide technical support for ERP software and related applications.
Diagnose and troubleshoot software and system-related issues.
Assist clients during software implementation and onboarding.
Maintain records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
Coordinate with the development and implementation teams for issue escalation.
Conduct basic user training and demonstrations when required.
Ensure timely resolution of assigned support tickets.
Follow company-defined support processes and service standards.




Prepare and maintain support documentation and reports.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
Good understanding of Windows operating systems and MS Office.
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Educational Qualification
BCA, B.Sc. (IT/CS), B.Tech, BE, MCA, Diploma in Computer Science, or any relevant graduate degree.
