for mid-to-leadership hiring across Tech and Non-Tech functions.

Role Overview

We are looking for a
Business Development / Sales qualified
to drive
new client acquisition, build strong business relationships, and generate revenue
.

The role involves prospecting, lead generation, engaging with decision-makers, pitching Talentiser's solutions, and converting opportunities into long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end
B2B business development and client acquisition
.
Identify and target
startups, GCCs, enterprises, and growing businesses
.
Generate leads through
LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, and outbound activities
.
Engage with
Founders, CHROs, HR Heads, Business Heads, and TA Leaders
.
Pitch Talentiser's recruitment and executive search solutions.




Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and convert leads into business.
Build long-term client relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.
Conduct
client meetings and presentations
as required.
Maintain CRM records and consistently achieve
monthly/quarterly targets
.

What We're Looking For
1–5 years
of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Client Acquisition, Inside Sales, or Account Management.
Candidates from any industry are welcome
— Recruitment, Staffing, SaaS, CRM, IT Services, Consulting, FinTech, Energy, Professional Services, or other B2B sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
Target-driven, proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable in a rapid-paced workplace.
Ability to engage confidently with
senior decision-makers
