Work with VXML and IVR contact center technologies.

Ensure high-quality conversational flows and user experience.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide timely updates.
Experience
Total Experience: 5+ years
Relevant Experience: 3+ years in Kore.ai
Mandatory Skills
Kore.ai bot development
VXML, IVR, Contact Center
Robust communication & problem-solving skills.
