Job Role: Water Purifier Service Consultant

Job Description
Install RO, UV, and UF water purifiers at customer locations.
Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing of water purifiers.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
Replace filters, membranes, pumps, and other spare parts as required.
Test purifier performance after installation and servicing.
Educate customers about proper product usage and maintenance.
Maintain accurate service records and submit daily service reports.
Follow company service standards, safety procedures, and technical guidelines.
Ensure timely and quality service to achieve customer satisfaction.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate technical assistance.
Travel to customer locations for installation and service requirements.

Eligibility
Freshers are welcome.
No minimum educational qualification required.
Candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn can apply.
Prior experience in water purifier servicing is an added advantage but not mandatory.
