Role & responsibilities
FEA ANSA modeling and Abaqus simulation.
Mesh complex assemblies using ANSA (mid-surface shell meshing, solid tetrahedral/hexahedral meshing).
Set up material models, boundary conditions, contacts, and connector elements.
Run static, energetic, implicit, and explicit simulations via the Abaqus solver.
Troubleshoot convergence errors and validate FEA results against design loads
Solid background in mechanical or structural engineering.
Proficiency in pre-processing tools like ANSA and solvers like Abaqus.
Knowledge of linear/nonlinear structural mechanics, crash, durability, or NVH
