About Position:

We are looking for an experienced GenAI Agents Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise-scale Generative AI Agent initiatives. The ideal candidate will have solid project/program management expertise, experience managing AI/ML-driven projects, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful delivery of creative AI solutions.

What You'll Do:
Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects focused on GenAI Agent development and implementation.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Ensure project execution aligns with organizational objectives and strategic priorities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI/ML engineers, architects, product teams, and business leaders.
Provide regular project status updates, risks,



dependencies, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications and governance.
Monitor project performance and proactively identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks.
Implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
Drive adherence to quality standards, project management best practices, and governance frameworks.
Lead, mentor, and guide project teams to foster a high-performance and collaborative work workplace.
Facilitate project reviews, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote knowledge sharing and innovation within project teams.
Utilize project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid) to manage project execution.
