Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager / Program Director with 18+ years of overall experience and robust exposure to BFSI, preferably Insurance, to lead enterprise-scale digital transformation, intelligent automation, and AI-driven programs.

The ideal candidate will have 8 - 10+ years of program management experience, strong knowledge of insurance business processes and regulations, and proven experience managing complex transformation initiatives across geographically distributed teams and global stakeholders.

The role will involve driving strategic programs leveraging RPA, Process Mining, Intelligent Document Processing, AI/ML, Generative AI, Conversational AI, Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, and workflow automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management & Transformation




Lead enterprise-scale transformation programs from strategy and planning through implementation and benefits realization.
Manage multiple transformation initiatives across business and technology functions.
Define program objectives, scope, roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.
Drive digital transformation, intelligent automation, and AI-driven initiatives across the organization.
Ensure programs are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and business objectives.
Establish program governance, reporting, steering committees, and executive-level communication.
Identify and proactively manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.

Insurance & BFSI Domain
Apply strong understanding of BFSI and Insurance operations, business processes, and regulatory requirements.
Identify prospects for automation and digital transformation across insurance processes.
