Project Controls Strategy & Planning
Establish and implement the project controls execution plan aligned with project objectives and execution strategy.
Define project control procedures, systems, tools, and reporting frameworks.
Develop and align Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), and coding structures.
Ensure integration of schedule, cost, and progress data across project disciplines.

Schedule Management
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning).
Establish baseline schedules and manage updates and revisions.
Monitor progress, identify delays, and support recovery planning.

Progress Measurement & Reporting
Establish progress measurement methodologies for engineering, procurement, and construction.
Consolidate physical progress, earned value, and performance metrics.
Prepare periodic management and client reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
Provide accurate and timely performance insights to project leadership.





Interface with Engineering, Procurement & Construction
Coordinate with engineering disciplines to validate progress, quantities, and deliverables.
Interface with procurement on commitments, delivery schedules, and cost status.
Support construction management with productivity tracking and performance analysis.
Ensure alignment between site and homeoffice reporting.
Maintain transparent, auditable project controls records.
Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.

Education
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent

Certifications (Preferred)
PMP

Key Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in project control tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
Analytical and datadriven decision support capability
Robust reporting, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Commercial and contractual awareness
