Key Responsibilities1. Customer Handling
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
Maintain skilled and courteous communication with customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are properly resolved.
Complaint Management
Receive, record, and track customer complaints.
Coordinate with Quality, Production, Sales, Dispatch, and other departments for complaint resolution.
Ensure complaints are resolved within the defined turnaround time.
Maintain proper records of complaints and their resolutions.
Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the reporting manager.
Order & Delivery Coordination
Coordinate with the Sales and Dispatch teams regarding customer orders.
Provide customers with updates regarding order status and delivery timelines.
Follow up on delayed or pending orders.
Assist in resolving delivery-related issues.
After-Sales Support
Handle product-related queries and service requests.




Coordinate with the concerned department for product replacement, repair, or technical assistance wherever required.
Maintain records of service requests and customer feedback.
Ensure proper closure of customer cases.
Customer Data & Documentation
Maintain accurate customer records in ERP/CRM or company systems.
Update customer complaints, queries, follow-ups, and resolution status.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly customer service reports.
Maintain proper documentation of customer communications.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Collect customer feedback and share key observations with management.
Identify recurring customer issues and highlight them to the concerned departments.
Contribute ideas for improving customer service processes.
