As a Power BI Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain multi-tenant dashboards within our SaaS platform. You will work extensively with Transportation Management System (TMS) data as well as core Supply Chain Planning Metrics. The ideal candidate excels at converting complex logistics datasets and planning accuracy indicessuch as Demand, Production, Replenishment, and Raw Material Plan Accuracy—into explicit, interactive executive scorecards and operational dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
Report Development & Data Modeling
End-to-End Dashboard Delivery: Design, build, and optimize interactive Power BI reports tailored to specific SaaS clients and internal stakeholders.
TMS & SCM Data Pipeline Integration: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and ERP/Supply Chain engines using Power Query (M) and SQL.
Dimensional Modeling: Build robust Star and Snowflake schemas optimized for large-scale logistics and supply chain transactional data.
Supply Chain & Logistics KPI Engineering
Plan Accuracy & Adherence Metrics:
Write complex DAX measures to track and benchmark supply chain planning performance:
DPAI: Demand Plan Accuracy Index
RPAI: Replenishment Plan Accuracy Index
PPAI: Production Plan Accuracy Index
RMPAI: Raw Material Plan Accuracy Index
TMS & Logistics KPIs: Calculate core transportation metrics including On-Time Delivery (OTD), Carrier Performance, Freight Cost per Unit/Ton-Mile, Route Efficiency, and Load Utilization.
Platform Governance & Performance
Multi-Tenant Security: Design and implement energetic Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure absolute data isolation across different SaaS client tenants.
Performance Optimization: Tune complex DAX logic, aggregations, and data refresh cycles to maintain rapid load times and optimal query efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Data Engineers to refine data warehouse structures and work with Client Success Managers to gather
