Job Overview

We are looking for an Electronics & Hardware Design Engineer to take ownership of electronic hardware development from concept through mass production. The role involves circuit design, schematic capture, PCB development, prototyping, board bring-up, validation, debugging, and production support.

The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including Firmware, Mechanical, RF, EMC, Validation, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end hardware development from architecture and schematic design to production.
Design analog and digital circuits, power management circuits, microcontroller-based systems, and communication interfaces.
Perform component selection, schematic capture, PCB layout guidance, prototyping, board bring-up, and validation.
Debug hardware issues and perform root-cause analysis using standard laboratory equipment.
Support prototype builds, NPI,



production testing, supplier interactions, and field failure analysis.
Develop reliable, manufacturable, cost-optimized PCB designs considering signal integrity, thermal performance, EMI/EMC, DFM, and DFT.
Conduct design reviews and maintain engineering documentation, calculations, test reports, and validation results.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Electronics & Communication Engineering.
3–5 years of experience in electronics hardware design and product development.
Robust knowledge of analog and digital circuit design.
Hands-on experience with schematic capture and PCB design using Altium Designer or Cadence.
Experience taking at least one product from prototype through validation into manufacturing.
Solid hardware debugging skills using:
Oscilloscopes
Logic analyzers
Function generators
Spectrum analyzers
