Job Summary

We are looking for a Solution Owner / Product Owner with experience in Application Development, Cloud, and DevOps settings. The candidate should be capable of bridging business requirements with technical teams and driving end-to-end solution delivery.

Note: This is not a Business Analyst role. We are looking for candidates with Solution Ownership or Product Ownership experience and a technical background in application development, cloud, and DevOps.

Key Responsibilities
Own solution/product delivery from requirements through implementation, release, and successful adoption.
Develop and execute the product vision, roadmap, strategy, scope, use cases, success criteria, KPIs, and release plans.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, requirements gathering, and use case definition sessions.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and assess them for completeness,



consistency, and feasibility.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with Developers, Architects, and Engineering teams.
Create and manage epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint backlogs using Jira.
Prioritize and maintain the product/sprint backlog based on business value, delivery priorities, and customer requirements.
Work closely with Application Development, Cloud, DevOps, Architecture, and Engineering teams to guide feature implementation.
Drive Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, requirement discussions, and stakeholder reviews.
Track requirements and delivery progress throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage requirement changes, dependencies, risks, impediments, and delivery timelines.
Ensure delivered features meet agreed customer, business, and technical requirements.
