Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven business development manager who will lead
college partnerships, on-ground activations, and student acquisition initiatives

. This role is focused on building strong relationships with educational institutions, creating visibility for programmes, and driving admissions through field-driven efforts.

This is a




frontline, high-impact role

requiring travel, ownership, and strong execution capability.

Key Responsibilities
Build and manage partnerships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions
Collaborate with academic leaders to introduce programs within campuses
Plan and execute seminars, workshops, and on-campus presentations to generate student interest
Drive student enrollments through on-ground engagement and relationship building
Lead BTL activities such as roadshows, activations, and local outreach campaigns
Represent at education expos, events, and career fairs
Identify recent partnership opportunities and expand institutional network
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, academic, operations) for seamless execution of campaigns and events
Track leads generated through activities and ensure conversion into admissions.
