Role & responsibilities
Visualize and facilitate logistics of the warehouse, transportation, and customer service.
Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
Make certain that clients needs are met as the project evolves.
Executing the work, coordinating and supervising the project.
Provide regular updates and reports to the Director and Manager, keeping them informed of progress, issues, and solutions related to logistics and delivery.
Handle communications with external suppliers.
Ensuring Timely Dispatch.
Managing the inward and outward dispatches.
Creating and sharing reports with the management.
Plan and supervise delivery schedule, delivery run sheets.
Coordinate with Warehouse Workers to ensure proper storage and distribution of products.
